Percy James Westwood (1878-1958) was born in London and studied at the Architectural Association. Many of his etchings reflect his training and occupation as an architect. He exhibited widely, including at the Royal Academy, The Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool and at the Paris Salon.
This example is of 'The Shambles', York. The etching is signed in pencil (lower right) and is in a good, clean condition with ample margins for mounting and/or framing.
